Sharona Freudmann has the experience required to provide neutral, professional investigation of workplace complaints in both unionized and non-unionized environments, wherever Human Rights and Harassment issues arise.

Sharona studied Industrial Relations at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She then attained her degree in law (LL.B) at the University of Ottawa. Her focus during law school was in the area of labour and employment law.

Sharona has practiced law and worked exclusively in the areas of labour and employment for over 15 years. She has had experience representing both employers and employees in matters related to all aspects of Labour and Employment law during that time, with a special focus on the investigation of Human Rights complaints over the past 8 years.

In order to ensure the best investigation results, which are fair and clearly neutral, Sharona Freudmann continues to remain current in her knowledge and skills as they relate to Human Rights law and Complaint Investigation techniques. She continues to update her knowledge of the relevant law, policies and procedures.

Sharona strives to provide balanced, clear and neutral investigations of Human Rights and Harassment workplace complaints. She also provides practical and reasonable advice and guidance to help employers and unions to clarify, streamline and improve the policies and procedures governing the treatment of human rights and harassment issues at the workplace.
